the baddest bitch on the block

this reminds me of the outsider art created by henry darger. this person obviously wouldn’t be in the same category since his work is being seen before his demise or rather immediately after its creation, but the line work and crudeness does have a likeness.

i love when artists from different corners of the art world come together to create something that spans the emotional gamut.

i wish we had seen more of this work in elementary school. who knew mc escher was such a badass?
